Mortek ("we", "us", "our") operates the Crypto Mining Tycoon mobile application (the "App"). This page explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
We do not operate our own servers. We do not build user profiles, and we do not sell personal data.
The App is free and is funded by optional rewarded video ads, which you only ever see after choosing to watch one. Ads are delivered by Google AdMob.
To serve, measure, and report on ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, device model and operating system, and information about how you interact with ads. This happens whether ads are personalized or not, though less data is used when they are not personalized.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google's certified consent management platform. You may accept or decline, and declining does not restrict any part of the game: you will simply receive non-personalized ads instead.
You can change your choice at any time in the App under Settings → Ad Privacy → Manage.
You can also limit ad personalization at the device level through your Android settings, under Google, Ads. For more detail, see how Google uses data from apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
The App offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. These transactions are processed entirely by Google. We do not receive or store your payment details. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles payment data.
Signing in with a Google account is optional and enables leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saves. If you do not sign in, the App remains fully playable and your progress is kept locally on your device. Data handled through Play Games Services is processed by Google under its Privacy Policy, and we have no direct access to your Google account.
If you grant notification permission, the App may send reminders such as offline earnings being ready. These notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your device, and no data is sent anywhere to produce them.
Local save data stays on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Cloud saves are retained by Google Play Games Services until you remove them through your Google account. Feedback submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to them, and never longer than 24 months. See "Requesting Data Deletion" below for how to have them removed sooner.

How to request deletion. Send an email to mauricemoret1991@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include the name and email address you used when you submitted feedback, so that we can locate your submission. There is no account to sign in to and no form to fill in. We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete. The name, email address, and message from any feedback you submitted through the App. This is the only data we hold directly.
What we cannot delete for you, and where to go instead:
Retention after a request. Once a deletion request is completed we keep no copy of your feedback submission. We may retain a minimal record of the request itself where we are required to demonstrate that we acted on it.
The App is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data relating to you, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.
For advertising consent, the quickest route is Settings → Ad Privacy → Manage inside the App. For data held by Google through Play Games Services, Play Billing, or AdMob, use your Google account controls. For anything we hold directly, such as a feedback submission, contact us using the email below and we will respond.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
